Internet Explorer 6 will be pushed to APCIS/Windows 2000 users - Monday, September 24, 10:30 AM


On Monday, September 24, at 10:30 AM - Internet Explorer 6 will be pushed to APCIS/Windows 2000 users. This update is being provided as part of the defense against the Nimda virus and is being provided automatically to APCIS/Windows 2000 users. This action updates browser security for some versions of Explorer in use throughout CIS. Users should log out and back in to trigger the update. The installation lasts approximately 10 minutes. A workstation reboot is required upon completion. No user intervention is required.
