Novell Help Requester will be pushed to APCIS/Windows 2000 users -
Wednesday, October 24 at login
On Wednesday, October 24, at login - the Novell Help Requester will be pushed to APCIS/Windows 2000 users. Users should log out and back in to trigger the update. The installation lasts approximately 1 minute and no reboot is required upon completion. The Help Requester is a desktop utility that can be used to report workstation problems.
