Maintenance on the Groupwise servers - September 24

On Friday, September 24 at 5:30 p.m., the CIS Workstation support group performed maintenance on the GroupWise servers. The process required about 3 hours and was completed by 8:30 p.m. The maintenance was required to perform the following actions:

Upgrade the hardware for the GroupWise Internet gateway (GWIA)
Install service pack 2 updates on GroupWise version 6.5
Perform a memory upgrade on APCIS6.
