On Saturday, February 24, at 9:00 a.m., the LAN Workstation Support group implemented service packs and patches on the ITLAN servers. The process was performed as scheduled and was completed by 12:00 p.m. (noon). The ITLAN servers include: GroupWise, File and print, and ZENworks. Services were unavailable for intermittent periods during the maintenance window.
