Repair of the Microsoft Journal Viewer on OAL PCs

On Wednesday, June 25 at 5:30 p.m., the Open Access Lab Systems Staff implemented an update to address a problem with the Microsoft Journal Viewer. The update was required to address a problem that was experienced when a new user attempts to send or receive a message for the first time. A problem with the Journal Viewer application caused an error to be received. The process required about 24 hours to complete. This condition was documented in a Keystone slip.
