Adjusted block sizes to SIMS data pack - July 2

On Wednesday, July 2 at 3:00 a.m. the CIS Database Group adjusted block sizes to a SIMS data pack. A pack was added to SIMS data on Saturday but the sizing was incorrect. This change adjusted the sizing to reflect the correct pack size. The change took 1.5 hours and was completed by 4:30 a.m. SIMS was unavailable during the maintenance period.
