Maintenance for CIS-SQL-02 server - November 17 at 8:00 a.m.

On Sunday, November 3, beginning at 7:00 a.m. maintenance has been scheduled for the SQL 2000 server hosted on CIS-SQL-02.tamu.edu. The maintenance involves adding installation of 2 disk drives and a new redundant power supply. The maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 10:00 a.m.

UPDATE Nov 4 - The drives and power supply were added, but due to time constraints we were unable to configure the new space to be part of the existing logical drive structure.

UPDATE Nov 18 -  The completion of the disk upgrade process was performed on Nov 17 at 8:00 a.m. The process was performed as scheduled and no problems were reported.
