On Sunday, November 5, the PC Technologies group performed disk maintenance on the RAID sub-system for the SQLPROD1 and SQLPROD2 servers. The process was started at about 5:00 a.m. and was completed by 12:00 p.m. (noon). The following applications were unavailable during the maintenance period.
