On Sunday, January 28 starting at 8:00 a.m., maintenance was performed on a network router located in the WERC computer room. The maintenance required maximum of 2 hours and was completed by 10:00 a.m. The actual outage was expected to be limited to only a few minutes in duration but loss of network connectivity could have been experienced multiple times during the maintenance period.
