Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 for CIS workstations- June 27

Beginning Wednesday, June 27 CIS workstations running Windows 2000 will have Service Pack 2 installed at login. Note: this is a 117 MB compressed installation - the largest automated installation to date. Unlike previous updates, this installation will be load balanced across 3 servers to minimize server impact. We are also implementing it mid-week so as not to saturate the LAN on Monday morning. Nonetheless, users should allow a minimum of 20 minutes to install. The workstation will reboot automatically upon completion.
