Update to Zen works - Monday, July 23
On Monday, July 23 at 12 noon, the CIS Internal Services Group is scheduled to implement an patch to the Zen Works software. The patch is being implemented on the APCIS servers. CIS NT workstation users will be prompted to reboot their computer after receiving a message that indicates a New version of the application launcher has been installed. CIS Customers should reboot their system to complete the installation process.
The patch is being installed to address a problem with customers being prompted more than one time when performing the update of an application.
