In January '07, the CLAIM application completed about 30 percent fewer transactions than in January '06.
In January '07, customers performed a total of 14,615 CLAIM transactions using VTAM or 3270 access. This compares to 21,027 CLAIM transactions in January '06.
A transaction is completed when a customer presses enter on the keyboard and the data requested is presented on the screen.
