The average number of customers is currently about 15 The January '06 average was 23 customers. The main reason for that is the Office of the Texas State Chemists has moved their workload to the FAMIS application recently.
A significant workload reduction took place in May 2002 for this CICS Sub-system. The main reason for this is because the FAMIS application has been moved to a dedicated CICS sub-system and ADABAS.
The Peak Sessions line represents the highest value that was recorded during a 30 minute interval for the month.
The NATURAL applications that run under CICS-NAT include: the Automated Bookkeeping system used by TAES and TAEX; an application for the Office of the Texas State Chemists and an application for the Physical Plant.
