The CICS-SIMS region completed about 6 percent more transactions per hour in January '07 than in January '06. The value for January '07 was 29,734 and the value for January '06 was 27,957.
The Peak Transactions line represents the highest value that was recorded during a 30 minute interval for the month.
The SIMS application experiences peak workloads during January and August.
This is associated with the registration and the Drop-Add process of students.
