      One outage total for a duration of approximately 17 minutes

        June 15 from 1:55 p.m. until about 2:11 p.m. (about 17 minutes) Keystone #126572

        Starting at about 12:15 p.m., some customers reported delays on the campus web server. Investigation by support indicated that a memory error was impacting performance. The system was removed from production to allow the replacement of a memory module. The system was back in operation by 2:11 p.m.
